Book Art Displayed at the University of the West of England, Bristol and the Winchester School of Art

Description

Becoming Bach is handmade book art designed by Elizabeth. It is a 10 week documentation on learning how to play the violin. It’s a personal journal that records every moment from playing the first note to the final performance. Journal entries were written after each practice, lessons were taken once a week, photos were taken and videos were recorded. The leather cover was cut by hand and the details were burned in to give it a vintage feel.
